Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Wavn Inc. for use of the Wavn product.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wavn, operated by Wavn Inc. (“Wavn,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware C-Corporation. By using Wavn, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Wavn on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes it. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Access
Wavn is currently invite-only and offered as a preview. Access is granted by invitation, and there is no public signup. We may grant, limit, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion, including to keep the service stable and used in good faith. Features may change as we build; the changelog records what has shipped.
3. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and in any case at least 16. Notify us promptly at security@wavn.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you put into Wavn: your canvases, waves, sparks, decisions, schedules, and files. You grant us the limited, non-exclusive rights needed to operate the service for you, such as storing your content, displaying it back to you and to people you share it with, and sending your prompts to the AI minds you invoke so they can respond. We claim no ownership of your work and no right to use it for advertising. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
5. AI output
Wavn uses third-party AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or biased, and is provided for your judgment, not as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice. Wavn is built to surface disagreement and uncertainty rather than hide them, but no design removes the need for human judgment. You're responsible for how you use the output. Wavn is a tool for thinking; the decisions are yours.
6. Connected services
Wavn can connect to third-party services you authorize, such as GitHub, Slack, Google, Stripe, and others listed in the product. Each connection is made with your explicit consent, uses the minimum scope practical, and can be disconnected by you at any time in Settings. Your use of a connected service remains governed by that service's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and a connector may stop working if the third party changes or withdraws its interface.
7. Fees
Wavn is free for everyone during the current preview. Paid plans will arrive at general availability, with clear pricing and advance notice to members before anything is charged. Fair-use limits may apply to keep the service healthy; they are applied evenly and disclosed in the product.
8. Wavn's property
The Wavn software, design, brand, and everything that makes the service run remain the property of Wavn Inc. and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, not a license to copy, resell, or build a competing service from it.
9. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree we can use them to improve Wavn without obligation or compensation. We build in the open with our members; feedback is how the product gets better.
10. Acceptable use
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Don't use Wavn to break the law, harm others, or abuse the service or its providers.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. The short version: your thinking isn't our product, we don't sell data, and we don't run ads.
12. Service “as is”
The preview is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during the free preview, may be zero). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations; where that's you, these apply to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Wavn against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
14. Termination
You may stop using Wavn at any time and may request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or to protect the service, with notice where practical. On termination, your right to use Wavn ends; sections that by their nature survive (your content ownership, our liability limits, governing law) survive.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, talk to us; most issues resolve faster over email.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to members with reasonable notice, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
