Wavn is early and deliberately lean. We're not running broad hiring yet, but we're always glad to know exceptional people who care about the same things we do.
How we think about it
We'd rather stay small and exceptional than grow for the sake of a headcount slide. When we open roles, they'll be real, specific, and worth someone's career, not posted to look bigger than we are.
What we value
- People who think clearly and say the real thing, plainly.
- Craft over hype, we build calm, considered tools, not noise.
- Independence of mind, which is also the product's whole thesis.
