Why independence
Three minds, never single-vendor. It de-risks the platform from any one provider, widens the range of views decisions are exposed to, and is a practical fit for organisations with constraints on which providers they can use. Independence is a moat as much as a principle.
The wedge
The product's sharpest story is the underserved maker: the person with the idea and no map. Wavn argues the idea, lists what the project needs in plain words, generates the spec, has Claude build the real thing, and schedules the launch. That journey, from a texted thought to a shipped product, is something no chat tool owns.
How we execute
Building since September 2025, rebuilt from the ground up in January 2026, shipping constantly since. The changelog is public and dated, and it is the operating rhythm, not marketing: if it's listed as shipped, it's live. Twelve integrations, a full deliverables layer, and the Guide have all shipped inside the current cycle.
Where we are
Invite-only, building with early members, expanding deliberately. We're an independent company operating internationally, not tied to a single market. Unit economics are designed in from the start: usage caps, cost monitoring, and margin-positive plan design before scale, not after.
