How it works

A thought goes in.
A finished thing comes out.

Eight moves, from a thought on your phone to something built, delivered, and scheduled, with every decision kept.

01

Catch the thought

Text the Wavn bot from your phone, or capture it in Spark Ideas. An AI partner starts building on the idea the moment it lands, so by the time you open it, the first thinking is already waiting.

02

Grow it, then graduate it

The thinking room develops the idea with you, building momentum instead of pushing back. When it's ready, one tap turns the whole conversation into a titled, shaped project on a canvas.

03

Write on the canvas

The canvas is blocks, notes, questions, documents, a rough draft. There's no blank chat box demanding a perfect prompt. You think in your own structure, and organize into departments and folders whenever it helps.

04

Open a wave, bring in the minds

A wave is a conversation attached to a specific block, so the question it's about is always in view. Ask one mind or all three at once. Each reply is labeled; no mind is treated as the source of truth.

05

Make them debate, then Converge

Debate has the minds take positions and argue each other, so you get the strongest case on every side. Converge then maps the whole wave: what they agree on, what's contested, and what none of them can support.

06

Decide, and keep it

Decide drafts the call from the wave, with dissent and open questions attached, and locks it into the canvas as a resolved decision. Set a revisit date and the minds will re-argue it later against what actually changed.

07

Walk the road

The Guide shows where the project stands and opens the next door at the right moment: what accounts you'll need in plain words, a build spec in one click, Claude connected to build the real thing and deliver it back.

08

Schedule it, remember it

Dates land on the Schedule, which briefs you before meetings and debriefs you after. Every file lives in the Vault, Memory recalls past decisions into new arguments, and the Journey report replays the whole story.

The driver uses his own car. What's the real exposure?
Claude
Personal auto policies usually exclude commercial delivery. One accident on a paid run and the claim gets denied, this is the co-op's biggest uncovered risk.
Cohere
Agreed on the gap, but a full commercial policy is overkill at three restaurants. A hired and non-owned auto rider is the proportionate fix.
